4.原材料的品質(zhì)要求Requirement of Raw Materials Quality

        原材料會直接影響顆粒的成型，對設(shè)備的產(chǎn)量以及設(shè)備的使用壽命影響很大。

        Raw materials will directly affect the pellets forming, greatly influence the

        equipments output and useful life.

4.1去鐵De-ironing

    原材料必須經(jīng)過去鐵處理，保證進(jìn)入ZLP系列造粒機(jī)的原材料不能有螺栓、

    螺母、鐵釘、鐵塊等金屬異物和石塊、水泥塊。

      Raw materials must go through the de-ironing processing to ensure that

      materials entering into ZLP series granulator without bolts, nuts, nails,

      iron and other metal foreign body and rock, concrete.

4.2篩分Screening

    原材料必須進(jìn)行篩分處理，保證進(jìn)入造粒機(jī)的原材料顆粒在4mm以內(nèi)。

    Raw materials must go through screening process to ensure raw materials into

    the granulator diameter within4 mm.

4.3含水率Moisture Content

    原材料必須通過日曬或烘乾處理，保證進(jìn)入造粒機(jī)的原材料含水率在8%～14%，

    太幹或太濕都不利於顆粒成型。

    Raw materials must go through the sun or drying process to guarantee the

    moisture of raw materials which enter into the granulator is 8% ~ 14%, Too dry

    or too wet is not good for pellets forming.

4.4混合Mixing

    單一的木質(zhì)原材有時不易成型或產(chǎn)量偏低，適當(dāng)混合其他的木質(zhì)原料可有較提

    高顆粒的產(chǎn)量及顆粒品質(zhì)。

        A single wood raw materials sometimes are not easy to form or low yield,

        through appropriate mixing some other wooden raw materials can increase            pellets yield and pellets quality.

4.5熱值Heating Value

    顆粒的熱值是由原材決定的，原材料的熱值必須在3500kcal/kg以上。

    否則由於熱值太低沒有市場。

    Heating value of the pellets is determined by the raw materials, the heating value

    of raw materials must be above 3500 kcal/kg. Otherwise the pellets will be

    without market due to the low heating value.

4.6溫度Temperature

   適當(dāng)提高原材料的溫度，當(dāng)溫度達(dá)到或超過80℃時，木質(zhì)纖維軟化，可有效提高

   顆粒的成型品質(zhì)和產(chǎn)量，降低能耗。

   We can appropriately to raise the raw materials temperature, when the

   temperature reach or exceed80℃, wood fiber softening, it can effectively improve

   the pellets forming quality and yield, and reduce energy consumption.

4.7勻速給料Uniform feeding

       給ZLP系列平模造粒機(jī)供料時必須勻速給料，不能時快時慢，太快時容易造成悶

       機(jī)（停機(jī)），太慢時又會影響產(chǎn)量。

       It must be uniform feeding, not be fast in slow when giving ZLP series

       flat die granulator feeding. To be fast is easy to cause stuffy car (stop).

       To be slow may affect the production.

4.8勻化處理Homogenizing treatment

   原材料要均化處理，保證原料水分及溫度的均勻性，可提高顆粒的產(chǎn)量品質(zhì)。

   Raw materials need homogenizing treatment,ensure the uniformity of raw material

   moisture and temperature.
